چکیده
In recent years a novel scientific discipline called psychoneuroimmunology has emerged that examines complex interdependence of the mind, brain, endocrine and immune system in health disease. Homeostasis (a self-referral phenomenon) plays an important role keeping person healthy it fundamental host defense. Many studies show stress (acute or chronic) creates disorder especially regulation. this study typical nervous-endocrine network been shown case stress. From Corticotrophin Releasing Factor (CRF), Adrenocorticotrophic Hormone (ACTH), Growth Hormone(GH), prolactin (PRL), Glucocorticoids (GC) catecholamine are found as factors T cells, B monocytes/macrophages, Natural Killer(NK) cells their cytokines is Tumor Necrosis Factor-a (TNF-a), Gamma Interferon (IFN-g) interleukins such IL-1, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 etc. most related studies. Finally, autoimmune/ inflammatory disease relation to above factors. summary, we have demonstrated psychoneuroimmune alteration its association with autoimmune/inflammatory The present suggests importance restoring organization body.

Neuro-Endocrine Networks Controlling Immune System in Health and Disease
The nervous and immune systems have long been considered as compartments that perform separate and different functions. However, recent clinical, epidemiological, and experimental data have suggested that the pathogenesis of several immune-mediated disorders, such as multiple sclerosis (MS), might involve factors, hormones, and neural mediators that link the immune and nervous system. These mol...

This volume presents the proceedings of a neuroimmunology meeting that took place at Rockefeller University under the aegis of the Institute for Child Development Research in 1985. It contains eight chapters which review various aspects of the interface between the autonomic nervous system and the endocrine axis with immune function. The book is intended for a multidisciplinary audience and, co...
